Initially matured in an ex-Bourbon cask and finished in a Pedro Ximénez Sherry hogshead.

Densely packed with luscious flavors.

Nose: Dominated by Sherry; grilled plums and raspberry coulis covered by light wood and vanilla, along with dark caramel and subtle spices.

Palate: Ample raisins, raspberries, and dark chocolate; interwoven with spice, espresso, and cola. Water has a rounding effect.

Finish: Lengthy and mouthwatering, with dark chocolate, light tobacco notes, and Oak at the end.
